Grants provided by Hope Against Infertility, Inc. are funded through private and corporate sponsors, as well as the annual Dinner & Hope event and 5K event. You may apply for this grant online by filling out the form below, or you may mail in your application by downloading the application file.

Who is Eligible for a Hope Against Infertility Grant?
Hope Against Infertility, Inc. grants are available to any legally married couples located in the midwest who are at least 18 years old, and who have been diagnosed with infertility by a medical professional.
Hope Against Infertility Grants Available:
*All grant amounts are subject to funds available and will be presented on a quarterly basis. See outlined schedule below.Hope Against Infertility, Inc. asks to be a part of the entire infertility process, if possible, and because of that unfortunately cannot award grants to cover medical bills from past procedures. Grants range from: $500 - $5,000
The Hope Grant - up to $5,000
The Hope Grant is available for couples seeking assistance with IVF treatments and who meet the specified qualifications.
The Gold Grant - up to $2,000
The Gold Grant is available for couples seeking assistance with IVF or IUI treatments and who meet the specified qualifications.
The Silver Grant - up to $1,000
The Silver Grant is available to couples seeking assistance with IVF or IUI treatments who meet the specified qualifications.
Hope Against Infertility, Inc. Grant Schedule
First Quarter: January - March
Application deadline is March 1st. Grants will be awarded by March 31st.
Second Quarter: April - June
Application deadline is June 1st. Grants will be awarded by June 30th.
Third Quarter: July - SeptemberApplication deadline is September 1st. Grants will be awarded by September 30th.
Fourth Quarter: October - DecemberApplication deadline is December 1st. Grants will be awarded by December 31st.
Hope Against Infertility Review Process
We are a completely non-profit organization. Our funds for grants are based only on the donations we receive.
Each quarter applications are organized with their proper medical paperwork and distributed to each of the board members for review. Collectively, the applications are discussed and considered by the board and finished within the first week of the application deadline. Hope Against Infertility tries to issue grants in a timely manner so couples can plan and prepare for their treatments.
It is always the hope of Hope Against Infertility, Inc. to help as many couples going through infertility as possible each quarter. Please note that each application is considered very carefully by each of the board members, but our grants are based solely on the funds available within each quarter.
Once a grant is received from Hope Against Infertility, Inc. couples are not eligible to receive any future grants from Hope Against Infertility, Inc.
